4 March 2021 took place II Materials Science Forum Seminar. The main topic of this seminar was 3D printing and additive manufacturing. Two lecturers gave presentations: prof. Dariusz kata from AGH and prof. Wojciech Święszkowski from Warsaw Politechnic.
On February 11, 2021, a seminar of the Materials Science Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences took place. The aim of the seminar was to present the most important scientific and research achievements in the field of materials engineering in Poland. Among the speakers were prof. Robert Filipek, who presented the innovative achievements of the team - Modeling & Inverse Method Research Group.
Our team received funding for the OPUS-19 project entitled "A Multi-scale Model of Reinforcement Bars Corrosion Based on the Concentrated Electrolyte Theory and Three Dimensional Hierarchical Structure of Concrete"
New initiative of cyclical inter-university seminars in the form of video conferences under the patronage of: the Materials Science and Metallurgy Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Polish Society of Materials Science.
